  • The majority of ACL injuries happen without actual contact or impact. ​

  • Women are 3.5 times more likely to have an ACL injury.

  • This gender discrepancy is not sen until puberty onset.

  • This injury is commonly seen in soccer, basketball, football and volleyball.

  • Post-operative rehabilitation from an ACL can take at least 6-9 months.

What We Test For

Quality and symmetry between left and right side during these tests: 

  • Drop Vertical Jump

  • Single Leg Counter Jump

  • Cross Over Hop Distance

  • Side Hop Distance
